Cynthia Cooper was an internal auditor who led a team that exposed the largest accounting fraud in U.S. history. Erika Cheung was one of the key contributors to a report presented to health regulators that led to Theranos’ clinical lab shutdown. Both fa ced pressures from fraudulent cultures, and both were instrumental in putting a stop to companies whose wrongdoings affected countless people.
