CFEs earn 34% more than their non-certified counterparts.

More than 38% of respondents were outside the U.S., the largest sampling in the history of the survey.

Over a full career, a CFE can make $600,000 more than a non-CFE.

SPECIFICS

A total of 5,124 completed and usable responses were received.

The ACFE has published a compensation guide every other year since 2004 to provide salary benchmarking figures for the anti-fraud profession.
