Create Career Success by Reducing Overwhelm and Improving Focus On Demand Webinar

In a profession comprised of deadlines, quarter-ends and emergency response, it can feel like you're going in 30 directions at any given time. Add in an always-on corporate culture, distractions at every turn and everything that happens outside of the office, and the sense of overwhelm can become, well, overwhelming.

In this session, learn how to create a successful career that allows you to enjoy life outside your work day and take actionable steps to regain control. You will also learn what it takes to create focus in a profession that prides itself on multi-tasking, how to reduce your sense of being overwhelmed while still feeling accomplished and how to make sure your strengths don't become your greatest weaknesses.

You Will Learn How To:

Distinguish between the concepts of work/life balance and balancing life and work.

Identify the indicators of falling into a "hustle" mindset rather than productivity.

Understand and apply strategies to prioritize their workload and create focus on the most important projects.
