Description

This 1-day meeting of the ACFE Research Institute (ARI) will focus on cutting-edge research on the detection, deterrence and investigation of fraud and corruption.

Open to academic researchers, anti-fraud practitioners, representatives of government agencies with anti-fraud responsibilities, and anyone else with an interest in fraud research, this meeting will provide a forum where attendees will learn about emerging anti-fraud research, hear proposals for new studies and network with other anti-fraud experts.

About the ACFE Research Institute

The goal of the ARI is to bring together top researchers, anti-fraud practitioners, and government agencies to share knowledge, generate new ideas, and contribute to the established body of knowledge in the anti-fraud profession. ARI studies are approved with a goal of developing research that yields practical insights, useful information and new tools for anti-fraud practitioners. The ARI operates under the direction of the ACFE Foundation, whose mission is to increase the body of anti-fraud knowledge.

Event Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is intended to keep costs low for attendees. Due to financial obligations incurred by ACFE, Inc. you must cancel your registration prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to an event start date are subject to a $100 administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received on or after the start date of the event. Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. Should an event be cancelled or postponed by the ACFE due to unforeseen circumstances, ACFE will process a full refund of registration fees within 30 days of such circumstances becoming known. ACFE will attempt to notify affected customers by phone and email after it determines cancellation is necessary.
