September 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM EDT

Duration:  100 minutes

CPE Credit:  2 Hours

Description: The government is becoming more aggressive with its fight against fraud and that can truly be seen with some of the changes that are resulting from the implementation of Health Care Reform. Many of the changes that are forthcoming will also add to the pool of risk associated with the new Health Care Reform mandate (I.e. annual lifetime limits on essential plans). This presentation will cover in detail some of the most popular mandates such as: Coverage for over aged dependents, Grandfathered Plans, Rescissions and cancellations of coverage, Pre-existing changes for dependents, Preventative services, Emergency services (In and out of network), medical expense ratio, and the removal of lifetime limits.
