Recovering fraud losses is critical to resolving the examination — and it is often complex due to fraud’s inherently clandestine nature. Fraud examiners must be prepared to deal with the strategic, organizational, investigative and legal challenges of tracing and recovering the hidden proceeds of fraud. .

From tax filings to Facebook, there is a wealth of tools that you can use to trace illicit funds and recover hidden assets. This 2-day ACFE training course provides an overview of the resources, legal considerations and techniques to prepare for and conduct an asset recovery examination.
