Tiffany Couch, CFE, CPA, CFF
Tiffany Couch is founder and principal of Acuity Forensics, a forensic accounting firm based in Vancouver, Washington. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, with the last seven years focused solely on forensic accounting–related engagements. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Couch’s professional background and experience includes audit, tax, and business consulting for government entities and privately held businesses. As part of that role, her clients spanned a range of industries, including aerospace, agriculture, automotive, banking, biotechnology, broadcasting, computer technology, construction, health care, insurance, manufacturing, newspaper, professional service providers, retail, timber and transportation.
Couch has conducted dozens of financial investigations, managed litigation cases involving tens of thousands of documents, and has testified in state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States. She has worked with local, state and federal officials to support their work in several significant embezzlement cases.
Couch is also a recognized media source and expert witness in this niche field. She has been featured on National Public Radio’s popular Marketplace segment and has presented to conferences across the United States, delivering highly rated keynotes and seminars while providing accountants, lawyers and other professionals with continuing education credits.
She is also a faculty member for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Acuity Group is a three-time winner of the Business Growth Awards presented by the Vancouver Business Journal and Couch is a past honoree of the Business Journal’s Accomplished & Under 40.
