The ACFE Law Enforcement and Government Partnership (LEGP) assists domestic and international agencies at the federal, state and local levels by providing various discounts and benefits upon recognition of the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential.

Requirements for Participation
Becoming a member of the LEGP is of no cost to the agency. The only requirement to participate in the partnership is the formal recognition of the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential by:
Making the commitment to send at least three of your staff through the CFE program within two years of joining the LEGP
Inclusion of the CFE in preferred hiring qualifications for the agency’s anti-fraud personnel
Consideration of the CFE for promotional opportunities within the agency
