Adding Value by Understanding Risk Relationships
Overview
Online
Description
As an anti-fraud professional, you offer a unique perspective within an organization, which means you can add value in important ways. Value is not just created by investigating risk, but also by understanding and managing it. The relationships between different key risk areas (e.g., compliance, fraud, and controls) must be identified and explored in order to better manage them both separately and as a whole.
In this course, expert Gerry Zack, CFE, will examine different opportunities for anti-fraud professionals to add value and align different frameworks to develop stronger risk management programs and networks within an entity. He will discuss enterprise risk management (ERM) in accordance with governance, as well as risk relationships in practice.
