ACFE Board of Regents expels two members

Fernando Pérez Tapia

The ACFE Board of Regents voted to permanently expel Fernando Pérez Tapia from the ACFE. The decision was based on Pérez's intentional misrepresentation that he was a CFE.

Salvatore Armao

The ACFE Board of Regents voted to permanently expel Salvatore Armao, former CFE, from the ACFE. This decision was based on Armao's conviction for violating Title 18, United States Code, Section 1027, false statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
