Darryl K. Swindells, Associate Member

On Nov. 19, 2013, the Board of Regents voted to permanently expel Darryl K. Swindells of Sydney, Australia. The decision was substantially based on the case of Gray v Hart & Ors [2012] NSWSC 1435, in which Justice White of the Supreme Court of New South Wales made findings that Swindells breached his fiduciary duty as financial manager, misappropriated funds and made unauthorized payments to himself, his family and his accounting firm in his role as a court-appointed financial manager.
