On July 25, 2010, the ACFE Board of Regents voted to suspend Tom Conley of Des Moines, Iowa, for one year, with the provision that if he successfully completes four hours of an approved ethics training course the suspension will be reduced to a six-month period. This decision was supported by a recommendation of the ACFE’s Board of Review.
