Many anti-fraud professionals experience easily avoidable pitfalls because they are unfamiliar with elementary legal concepts of a fraud examination. This course will introduce you to the basic concepts of fraud in its legal capacity. What evidence is considered relevant and admissible and how much is needed to prove your case are a few of the topics to be discussed. Other issues to be covered include search of an employee’s work space and perceived questioning limitations of employees.
