• Earning CPE at ACFE Events 

    Where can I get my CPE PIN codes for this event?
    The CPE PIN codes will be provided to attendees during each session of the event (e.g., announced by the instructor and/or noted in the PowerPoint slides.) It is your responsibility to record and report these PIN codes to verify your attendance at the event. 

    When can I report my CPE PIN codes?
    The CPE reporting tool will be available beginning at midnight on the last day of the event. CPE PIN codes can be reported any time after the reporting tool is made available. For combo events (where two ACFE seminars are held back-to-back during a single event), the CPE reporting tool will be available at midnight on the last day of the full event; thus, attendees will not be able to report CPE PIN codes for the first part of the event until the full event has concluded.


    How do I obtain my CPE certificate?
    To report the CPE PIN codes and receive CPE credit for an ACFE event, please take the following steps:                          

    1. Record the CPE PIN code for each session you attend. 

    2. Following the course, visit ACFE.com and log in to your ACFE account. 

    3. Go to the "My Transactions" tab and select the course you attended. 

    4. Enter the PIN codes for each session you attended.

    5. Verify that all information is accurate and complete.

    6. Click the "Save CPE PIN Codes" button.

    7. The final screen will give you the option to download your CPE Certificate. 

     

    What if I need another copy of my certificate?
    You may download or re-print your CPE certificate at any time by logging in to   ACFE.com, going to the "My Transactions" tab and selecting the link to the event you attended.

      

    What if I can't remember my username or password? 
    Your log-in to report CPE and download your certificates is the same information that you use to log in to ACFE.com, which is the email address associated with your ACFE account and the password you have chosen. To reset your password, please contact a Member Services Representative at (800) 245-3321.                                                          

    What if I miss a CPE PIN code while at the event? 
    It is your responsibility to record and report PIN codes to verify your attendance at each session of the event. If you miss recording a CPE PIN code for a session you attended, you may ask your instructor before the event concludes. Please be prepared to verify that you attended the session in order to receive the PIN code. 


    What if I click "Save" before all of my PIN codes have been entered? 
    If you click "Save" before you enter all of your PIN codes for the event, please contact a Member Services Representative at (800) 245-3321 and one of our live Member Services Representatives will be happy to reset your CPE reporting form. 


    What if I entered the wrong/duplicate PIN code? 
    You may add or remover PIN codes at any time before you click "Save". However, if you realize there is an error after you have clicked "Save", you will need to contact a Member Services Representative at (800) 245-3321 to have your PIN codes reset.   


    Will doing this certify my annual CPE for ACFE? 
    No. You will still need to log in to ACFE.com or call a Member Services Representative to certify that you have completed your CPE each year.
